Monday iMessage 💬 let’s promise to make more memories 🤞🏽
Here’s a little photo dump from Finland 🇫🇮❤️ This trip so far has given us so many core memories that I know we’ll look back on for years to come.
A friendly reminder (and one I’m carrying with me too): don’t wait for the perfect time to make the memories you’ll one day wish you had. Say yes to the trip, take the photo and make the memory. Happy Monday xo … next up: Sweden!
Calling all the wellness girlies!! if you’re in Helsinki, you need to add to your list. Think relaxing saunas, a cold plunge in the Baltic Sea and the ultimate reset right in the heart of the city 😮💨
Did you know Finland was named the world’s happiest country for the 9th year in a row?!
I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again … I’m just happy wherever she is - even if it’s in a hotel room! 🥹
I’ve been meaning to post more, but Finland has been a blur of early mornings, lots of soccer, tram rides, laundry, good food and exploring! Weather’s not that glamorous, but my ❤️ is happy because my Harper Calixterio is happy!!
More Finland content is definitely coming … consider this your warning 🙃

Monday iMessage 💬 This one feels especially true today.
Watching Harper chase a dream all the way to Finland has been one of the greatest privileges of my life. I’m so proud of the person she’s becoming—not just because of the player she is, but because of her big heart and the way she shows up for the people around her.
Traveling with her this week has reminded me how lucky I am to be her mom. Harper Calixterio my world is better because you’re in it. ❤️ If there’s someone who makes your world better, I hope you tell them this week. Happy Monday xo
We’re halfway through the year and if there’s one thing I’ve realized, it’s that you don’t need to become a new person. Maybe you just need to return to what feels good. I have to say that something I’ve learned in my 40s is that feminine energy comes from feeling connected to yourself again.
After years of raising kids, taking care of everyone else and carrying the mental load of it all, I realized I had drifted away from the version of me that felt calm and at fully at ease.🥲
Getting back to her hasn’t looked like doing more, it has looked like:
• trusting my intuition
• setting boundaries without guilt
• not seeking external validation
• surrounding myself with emotionally healthy people
• choosing friendships that bring peace
• letting go of what I can’t control
• allowing things to unfold instead of forcing them
• not overexplaining my decisions
• making time for the people and things that bring me joy
• prioritizing my well-being, not just everyone else’s
Because I’ve learned that the more I take care of myself, the more I show up as the woman, wife and mom I want to be.
Maybe that’s been the real shift of my 40s ... not finding feminine energy, but learning to protect it.
Sorry for the long post here, but July already has me in my feels. If you got this far, then maybe this is your reminder too … that you don’t have to reinvent yourself for the second half of the year. Maybe you just need to come home to the version of you that feels the most like you.

Not-so-Monday iMessage 💬 a couple of days late, but I couldn’t let the week pass without sharing. Here’s a little collection of moments that made June special 🤍 It was a busy one filled with some of my favourite people + memories, including Harper’s grad and one of my bestie’s weddings!
Now I’m excited to see what July has in store. A reminder for me (and maybe you too) to not be so focused on what’s next that you miss what’s happening right now. Happy Canada Day 🇨🇦 xo
Amazing!!! Love it!! You’re good to post today along with the revised caption:
It’s more than just Canada Day around here 😏🇨🇦 My girls and Party City Canada believe every celebration is worth going all out for. We had so much fun turning our parkette picnic into a Canada Day party. ❤️🤍🍁 From the décor to the accessories, Party City Canada truly has everything you need for your next celebration!
Now excuse us while we celebrate Canada in style.
The boys clean up pretty well. 🤵🏾♂️🤩
Never thought I’d ever be a Best WoMan, but what an honour it was to stand beside my best friend of nearly 30 years on his wedding day. 🥹🤍
