Dear Beauty is a Toronto-based beauty company that offers lash extensions and permanent make-up.
I looove a good fox eyeeeee 🤌🏼🤌🏼 it was her first time getting lashes and she said that she’s always been interested in getting lashes but never saw a style that she’d want for herself not untilll she stumbled upon our instagram page!! When she saw our fox eye anime set, she was sold 🫱🏻🫲🏼
“I never knew lashes could look like this” ~music to my ears
In this set I used 3 different curls, L to lift the ends, C to slightly lift the midsection and inner corner and M to connect the two curls together. I did this because I wanted the focal point to be the ends for that foxyyy eye
Tips:
• Grouping M and L lashes can be difficult, my best technique is to have some spikes that are slightly open so they can hold the grouping in place
• Have some fans on the second layer to texture and dimension
• Use softer curls on the inside corner so it doesn’t over power their eyes

I’ve gone down some comparison rabbit holes in my time. The limiting thoughts, the spiralling: what if I’m not good enough, how come I’m not successful yet, did I miss my chance?? There were days I sat with that waaay longer than I should’ve.
What helped me was a perspective shift. I was so focused on the lack that I never gave myself grace to be proud of what I already had. That was the first step in stopping the spiral.
The second was reframing comparison itself. That discomfort wasn’t there to tear me down, it was a signal. It was telling me I wanted more for myself. Instead of pushing that feeling away, I let it push me forward.
It just takes one small step in the right direction. Trust the process, have gratitude, and take action 🎬

at dear beauty, we care about three things when it comes to your lashes: lashes that actually suit you, keeping your natural lashes healthy, and making sure your investment lasts (aka retention that hits)
the way we design anime lashes is so that the main focal points of anime lashes lash long and are layered so that if one spike reaches the end of its cycle then there is a back up spike there
my client came back after 3 weeks for her regular fill and they are still looking so full, retaining it’s anime shape. You can see the grow out in the lashes but even after removing them the lashes held on so well!
every refill is always looking like a fresh set for us 🤌🏼
