Which do you prefer? RED or GREEN CABBAGE??
Cabbage is full of vitamin A, C and K. It boosts your concentration and improves defense against Alzheimer's disease. Red cabbage is significantly higher in vitamins then green cabbage. However, it may come down to taste for you.
FUN FACT: If you make coleslaw with red cabbage it turns into a Eastery pink colour, which makes your guests look at it funny 😆
