Some of the things we were taught about our bodies?
LOUD. WRONG.

1. Your va**na should smell like flowers 🌸
It has a natural scent and that’s HEALTHY.

If it smells strong or fishy, that’s imbalance… not a reason to perfume it.
2. MISS GRIPPY .. The tighter the better 😏

Your va**na is a MUSCLE. It expands, contracts, and adjusts.

3. Douching keeps you clean

Douching actually messes up your pH and washes away good bacteria.

4. Discharge means something is wrong

Discharge is NORMAL. It changes based on your cycle.
Only worry if there’s itching, burning, or strong odor.

5. Any soap is fine down there
