If only all transformations were this smooth ✨
LEMONADE
✨ In 2022, as I was climbing out of the ruins of the pandemic shutdowns, I lost 65% of my team — and found myself newly pregnant and alone.
By spring 2023, the building that housed was sold, forcing me to find a new location. Then, as if by fate, 25 Bellair — once home to one of Toronto’s most iconic salons — landed in my lap.
“Play it safe. Stay small,” my conscience whispered. But then I read a post by Stephen Bartlett that said: “When you are most afraid to jump is when you leap.”
Thaddeus’s name means courageous heart. I chose it for a reason.
So, I leapt.
What followed was terrifying. The space came with what felt like insurmountable challenges. There were nights I broke down in silence, waiting for Thaddeus to fall asleep before letting the tears come.
But I held on. I stayed the course. I built connections. I refused to give up.
And slowly, the blessings began to pour in — person by person, moment by moment, new reasons to rise.
2025 has been a year of incredible growth. My continues to inspire me to push harder and be better EVERY SINGLE DAY. ✨

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome clients, address inquiries, and ensure a positive experience.
• Coordinate staff schedules and manage appointment bookings.
• Oversee inventory and stock control of salon supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment.
• Enforce health and safety regulations and protocols.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role (beauty industry experience is a plus but not required).
• Proficiency in computer software and administrative tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.
