Hot Yoga Wellness Kennedy Studio is proud to announce our early morning class of Foundation Flow taught by Liliana on Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 am. What a better way to start your day by calming your mind, connect with your body and feel invigorated. They say your mood will be improved, reduce stress and feel more productive at your work by starting your day with yoga.
