The premise of Blue Monday is based on an equation that factors in bleak weather, debt from the holidays, giving up on New Year’s resolutions, travel delays, Q1 hiring freezes, self-harm statistics, etc, to determine that the third Monday in January is regularly... the saddest, most depressing day of the year for residents of the Northern Hemisphere. Plus, Mondays in general? Not the greatest.

Sauna Sessions are appointment-only, because they require preheating cycles.
Proof of protective eyewear is required for every UV session.
We require a 24 hour wait period between UV sessions.
If it’s your first visit to Solace, the studio is 18+ and we need to see a physical piece of government-issued photo ID at your first check-in.
If you are new, or haven’t visited us in 90+ days, you’ll be required to do a time-regulated session your first UV session back.
