I did a double batch because I had the larger can of pumpkin puree.
I used h**p milk I had just made (protein!), and I cut the sugar in half.
I added 2 tablespoons of chia and cold milled flax because why not up the nutrition.
I topped it with some roasted pepitas for crunch (plus antioxidants, healthy fats, magnesium)
I won't make the optional glaze.

Beachbody just dropped a crap load of new content (over 1200 new workouts) on the app! I just finished my 10 min workout and this showed up on Instagram so I went back in the app to see and there it was!

Had to pop on quickly to say I just tried making fried okra for the first time and it turned out delicious!!
I found a recipe that called for dunking them buttermilk and then rolling them in a mix of flour/ cornstarch/salt pepper.
I dunked them almond milk mixed with Bob's red mill powdered egg substitute and then rolled them in a mix of chickpea flour/arrowroot starch/chili powder/salt/pepper.
Second batch is darker because I had to mix more coating and forgot to turn down the oil.
