One time a client refused to show me a photo of the bangs she wanted and kept describing them and after many questions I gave her janky 2000s razor bangs when she really wanted wanted curtain bangs. Plz always show a reference photo instead of saying “textured, piecey, wispy bangs they start mid forehead”
