7 years in the PMU industry has taught me that no two faces—or journeys—are ever the same.
This beautiful client came to Vortex Beauty Bar in downtown Toronto feeling discouraged after a previous brow tattoo left her with uneven results. With natural facial asymmetry, the work unfortunately made things look even more off-balance. A referral from a trusted colleague brought her to me for a correction—and a fresh start.To add to the challenge, her skin is extremely sensitive. She flushes easily and experienced more bleeding than usual during the procedure—at one point, it genuinely tested whether a hybrid brow would even be possible.
But adapting is part of the artistry. By switching to smaller needles (18U and .25RL) and working carefully with her skin, I was able to create a more balanced, natural-looking result. Pigment used: Permablend Dark Forest Brown.
