🍋🇬🇷 GREEK LEMON CHICKEN & POTATOES
Being part Greek, you kind of grow up learning “olive oil is life”. (I’m not kidding). 😅
But when you’re on a fitness journey, sometimes you really don’t need as much oil as my mom or Yiayia use… 👀
So, I decided to make a leaner version of the classic Greek lemon potatoes with chicken breast, nonfat yogurt, and probably, like, 70% less oil than typical! 🔥
The most shocking part? This still tastes exactly like the home cooked meal I grew up eating once a week, but without all the excess calories and fat!
I will now continue my family’s tradition by making this lighter recipe once a week for my bf and I in our new place! Try for yourself and let me know what you think… 🤭
