I’m a few days late, but June 16th marked one year since I’ve been at Shine, and what a year it’s been!

I’m so grateful to rent out of this beautiful spot, and I’m so grateful for all the people who have supported my business! Have you ever wondered what the difference between hot stone massage & cupping therapy is, or what benefits each therapy brings?

Hot stones provide more relaxation & help release tight, achy muscles. Hot stones have also been known to help improve sleep!

Cupping is very beneficial to help relieve chronic pain, improve circulation, and help release knots and trigger points.

Both are beneficial in different ways!
