The farm stands here in the Gulf Islands are full of local natural farm produce. At the stand, I finally found a new water bottle. I love the infuser for my tea and the bamboo exterior. It fits the water bottle cage on my bike, too.

My evening routine begins with お風呂 (ofuro), a hot Japanese bath. I always add epsom salt and baking soda.
