Citrus Salon is looking for talented, motivated stylists to join our commission-based team. This is your chance to grow your business, build a loyal client base, and have unlimited earning potential, all while being part of a tight-knit, fun, and collaborative team. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. We laugh together, keep things light, and genuinely enjoy the people we work with. Everyone helps each other out, celebrates wins together, and has each other’s backs. We show up for our clients and for each other, keeping the energy positive, respectful, and drama-free. No egos, no toxicity, no unnecessary stress.

We try to do things the right way by reducing waste, using natural products, and staying cruelty free wherever possible. Sustainability is important to us. We also have a liquor license and a small bar menu, which adds to the relaxed, social vibe of the salon. It makes the experience more enjoyable for clients and brings a little fun into the day for the team too.

We’re looking for stylists with at least one year of experience who are reliable, easy to work with, and take pride in their work. We want someone who wants to be part of a team, not just rent a chair, and who enjoys connecting with clients and bringing positive energy to the salon.
