As of May 1st, I’ll be relocating to the Brush East Broadway location.

This is such a bittersweet moment for me. Gastown has given me the most beautiful space to grow, create, and connect with so many of you — I’m truly so grateful for this chapter.

I’m really excited for what’s next and would love to welcome you into my new hair home at East Broadway. I can’t wait to continue creating with you and giving you the best hair experience possible in this new space 🤍

We skipped the root retouch and painted this blonde with juicy pink, coral, and peach tones for the ultimate Guava Glow. 🍑🌺

4 Weeks Till Vacation 🇯🇵

My last day in the salon will be March 27, and I’ll be back April 23.

Shape first. Curl second. Magic after.

His hair was already curly, but we wanted his curls to be tighter and more uniform. The curl was set to enhance the shape and style — it’s all about creating texture.
I didn’t do the perm; I asked my coworker Jiji to perm his hair. She was able to create texture that really supports the shape of my haircut. I gave him a fresh fade on the sides and adjusted the overall shape.
And voilà — his hair is rockin’.

Dancing in the Moonlight, Welcoming 33 🌙✨

Having my birthday on NYE is both a blessing and a curse. It’s an ending to the year and a celebration of a new age and a new beginning, all on the same night. While it’s loud, it’s also quiet. Throughout my years growing up, my birthday often felt quiet while the world celebrated the new year loudly around me.
Now, it feels beautiful—because the people who choose to be with me and celebrate my birth on NYE are the most meaningful birthday gift I could ever ask for.

Cloud Dancer ☁️ Pantone’s 2026 Color of the Year — a soft, dreamy neutral that’s about to dominate blonding conversations next year. It’s airy, cool, and milky, making it perfect whether you’re lifting to a clean Level 10 or creating a subtle gray-blend finish.

For this look, I used DiaLight 10.01 + 10.02 with a 1/5 of 10.12 at 15 vol on a 9.5 lift. Achieving this type of blonde always depends on your starting level and hair texture — Asian hair tends to be more resistant compared to fine Level 7 hair. If your client lifts easily and grabs toner well, I’d add Clear to soften and balance the tone.
