Lakewood Lye Handmade Soap

Dear Friends,
Lakewood Lye will be closing September 1st. I am moving forward in my other passion, non-profit education, and will no longer be able to dedicate the time it takes to make my soap on a weekly basis.

I thank you all for your incredible support these past 4 years. Knowing that so many people loved and used my soap daily was a wonderful feeling, and one that kept me going many times when I struggled to balance a busy family of 3 children, a teaching job, and my soap making.

This week my local retailers will be receiving their last shipments of Lakewood Lye Soap. If you have a favorite bar or two, please visit them soon.....before it's all gone.

Remember, "Soap Keeps the World Clean:-)"...support your local soap makers, you can often find them at farmer's markets and craft fairs. I am proud to be a part of a group of people who still do things the ol' fashioned way!!
