Part of the rainbow! Always such a fun time when I get to do hair! We freshened up her colours and richened up her rainbow while adding a new colour to the top! Custom elumen colours for her hair only 😈 -

Kelly came in for something really subtle but then she opened up and was excited to add a little caramel balayage to the milk chocolate base Michael gave her.
Then some concave layers and a bit of a curling iron.
Low maintenance, sophisticated colour that is noticeable can be sometimes be a challenge.

This stunner is Laura. She's a mom and she loves her hair short. She always gives us free reign. On her last visit we went blonde and blonder. This time we liked the look of the dark sides with the light top s we left it.
Styled with Incredible Volume Mist and finished with Grooming Butter.

Cool hair is for everyone, not just the kids.

Jennelle manages a Sephora so she always allows us a bit of fun. She came in with a few inches of root from a balayage and some old faded pink from a previous vibrant colour.

We were inspired by her faded hair and wanted to create a lived-in look rather than something overly vibrant so all colour is Wella Colortouch.

Michael first highlighted Jennelle's entire head with bleach and low volume developer, being careful to only overlap where the hair needed it. We use Paul Mitchell bleach.

After rinsing, 25 grams of Wella 10/36 with 8 grams of equal parts of 0/45 and 0/56 were applied to the first 1.5 inch of root, to create a deeper and more saturated and deeper base. Diluted this formula with 10/0 for the front of the "headphone" section for slightly less saturation on the top and the hairline.

Then diagonal slices were taken from the nape up alternating 10/6 with some 0/56 and 10/6 with 0/68, leaving a weft of her highlighted hair between each foil panel untouched. Processed for 20 minutes.

Removed all foils and emulsified entire head for 5 minutes to lightly tone the raw bleached panels before rinsing.

Cut is a concave layer with lots of point cutting and channelling.

Styled with Creme, an incredible product for volume, shine, and curl memory.
