I came in on my day off to assist on a busy day and the next day received two back to back google reviews. It made coming in worth it and totally made my day.

I haven't done nailart in awhile. My plaid nails.

My boss handed this guest email to me at work today. It was a lovely surprise and I was really touched. For a awhile now I've been contemplating on going back to school and considering getting an RMT( Registered Massage Therapist) medical license. After I weighed all my options I decided against it. Although it looks good on paper I'm happy at my current role. I like variety in my job and since I've held every role in a spa setting with the exception of a managerial role, I'm quite content and do well for myself. Receiving comments like these really mean a lot to me and knowing I made someone's experience memorable is all that matters.

I find that this color pairs well with my skin tone. Very simple stripes.

One of my regular massage client left this for me at the front desk. Such a thoughtful gesture I was not expecting.

I was presented with this nomination by my boss, who attributed it to the 5-star Google reviews which I received by our guests and clients.This is the second occasion on which I have been nominated for this award via the Vancouver tourism awards. Grateful as always!!!

Nice and short spring floral nails

So today, one of my massage guest asked me if I get massages. I said not really. Afterwards she was so happy with her treatment that she said to me that it was perfection and that I should get a massage. When I entered my room I saw she left me a $100 US. She basically paid for me to get a massage. Most of our transient guests are Americans and I find they are quite generous when it comes to tipping.

My guest made sure I received this envelope by sliding it under my treatment room before she left the spa. This is in addition to the tip that's already been added. She gave me $125 in total. Not to mention she almost spent close to $700 for a massage and facial. Great way to end a busy day.
