On Remembrance Day, we encourage you to observe the two minutes of silence at 11 am and to think of other ways to honour the memory of all who have served and share your support.

The Mainland BC Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) is a Not-For-Profit charitable organization that provides resources and services to serving Canadian Armed Forces members, medically released veterans, and their families.

It’s that time of year where we experience higher than normal booking volumes, but you can still maximize your benefits without going on a benefits binge. Book early and spread your appointments out for the rest of the year. There is such thing as too much of a good thing!

It’s hard to believe that it’s already been a year since we reopened (What IS Time?)from that initial COVID hiatus. Since then, we’ve seen so many lovely (masked) faces!
