Want your lashes to last longer? Here’s how!

Sleeping positions: your sleep position matters. Sleeping face down can exert pressure on the lashes causing them to shed sooner. Try sleeping on your back or side to preserve your lash extensions.

Temperature Caution: exposure to high temperatures, such as those in saunas or steam rooms, can weaken the lash bond. If you enjoy these activities, try protecting your lashes using a gentle shield.

Avoid water or steam for 24 hours: the reason we say this is so that you allow the adhesive to fully bond with your natural lashes.

Avoid using makeup on the eyes: do not use mascara on top of the eyelash extensions as this can cause damage to the lashes as well as you will not be able to brush your lash extensions as it can get caught. If you choose to wear makeup on the eyes such as eyeshadow, use a lash cleanser to clean the area at the end of the night.

Avoid rubbing eyes: be mindful of your lashes and avoid rubbing your eyes or pulling your extensions. This habit can cause damages to both your natural lashes and the extensions.

Regular maintenance: to sustain the fullness of your lash extensions, scheduled regular fill appointments every 2-3 weeks when there is still 40% of the extensions. This ensures that any lost lashes are replaced, keeping your lash extensions looking perfect.

Lash cleansing: use a lash shampoo to remove makeup, we use our cleanser which can be purchased in-store .salon or online at www.lashesandco.shop. This will ensure the lash bond remains strong by keeping the area clean and free from any makeup or residue.

Use oil-free products: whether it’s an oil free face cleanser or oil free moisturizer, try to use these products to help your lash extensions last longer. Avoid any product which may contain oils or any nourishing ingredients near the lashes.

Step 1: We apply the lifting solution on the lashes which is meant to break down the bonds in the hair allowing them to take on the new shape. We also offer a complimentary 24k gold lip mask during your service!

Step 2: We apply the setting solution on the lashes to reform the bonds in the hair by locking the lashes into their new lifted position.

Step 3: We apply the black tint on the lashes to enhance the colour and definition of the lashes.

Step 4: Cleanse lashes and apply nutrition treatment & we are all done🤍
