WHAT IS MICROBLADING?? Microblading is a form of , in which pigment is deposited into the skin with hair like strokes imitating the look of real brow hairs. The pigment is deposited right above the dermis layer of skin beneath your , allowing this procedure to last 1-3 years (depending on & ) with yearly maintenance colour refreshers recommended.
This procedure differs from permanent eyebrow tattoo as the pigment is not deposited as deep, where usual permanent ink is (like an artistic tattoo) therefore pigment cannot oxidize and become discoloured. Instead, Microblading pigment will just fade lighter as opposed to changing in colour. For this reason this procedure is SEMI permanent ☝🏼
