Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant
Position: Part-Time, Seasonal (November to mid-July)

The Vegreville Cultural Association is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support office operations in preparation for and during the Pysanka Festival. Responsibilities include managing general office tasks, processing vendor and camping applications, maintaining records, updating the website, assisting with event promotion, and helping ensure smooth event logistics.

Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions: In-office attendance required with flexibility for remote work. Occasional evening/weekend work. Physical tasks involved.
