Dear Clients,

If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or at the last minute will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the service booked. Payment can be sent to [email protected].

As a small business, last-minute cancellations leave appointment times that are difficult to fill. I kindly ask that you respect this policy and send the cancellation fee without me having to follow up or remind you. Please be considerate and understand that this time was reserved especially for you.
