Its the beginning of the year, meaning a renewal of those benefits! Don't just wait until the end of the year to use them up

Going into the New Year, I have had a few clients ask me about my new goals and focuses and never really knew how to answer that question because I think we should always be trying to improve without waiting until the New Year. But I had a very strong urge to challenge myself lately physically (working out and sticking to it), mentally (getting out of this funk I’ve been in, massages for myself have actually really helped in this area), career wise (marketing - getting out there, staying on the social media grind, learning more) and in my faith (reading, praying more, removing negative influences). I believe this year, I really need to push myself to the limits for self improvement (very cliche I know). ~
