Had a great time in Toronto attending some workshops picking up some new tips and tricks for you guys!

This is not completely makeup related but it is however business related. I'm talking about bad customer service and being completely unprofessional. When I go to a place I expect all employees to treat their customers with respect. When you go to a place every employee should present you with professionalism no matter what! I don't want to walk into a place where the employees have an attitude and act as if they are better than you. If they have knowledge they would like to share they should be doing it courteously and not think they automatically know more than the person walking in. You never know what background that person has! I'm writing this because I keep running into the same bad unprofessional employees at a certain store who demean their customers and think they are above them. Please don't let people in customer service treat you this way! They are there to provide you a service not to imply they are better than you in any way! Sorry for the rant was just really bothering me how unprofessional companies have become.
