Avoidance, grows roots!!

One of the biggest lies we believe is that avoidance keeps the peace…BUT IT DOES NOT! It creates silent resentment while your body keeps carrying what your mouth refuses to address. Another lie is that time will fix it. Time does not heal what truth never touches, and unresolved issues grow roots; what felt small can become something much heavier. Conflict itself is not proof that something is broken beyond repair. Healthy relationships still have conflict! Strong marriages do, strong teams do, and even Jesus’ very own disciples did. The real question is not whether conflict exists, but how we choose to handle it.

Today, I will do better.
