🌟Cancellation policy in effect🌟
Please be aware of the following... If you are unable to make your appointment,, be sure to let me know at least 24 hours ahead of time.
50% of the appointment cost will be required for same day cancellations (2 hours prior is considered same day, less than is considered a no show.)
If no shows happen 2 times, a deposit will be required ahead of future appointments.

I have had many ask if if is true that they no longer need a note to book an appointment... It is true!
Since Monday, referrals and doctors notes are no longer required to receive a massage 🥳

2021 has brought something new: DIRECT BILLING!
I am now able to offer direct billing through most major insurance companies.
***Please be aware, that some policies do not allow direct billing and may still require you to submit your own receipt.***

Good news today: Massage therapists are able to resume immediately under the following guidelines:
1. Clients MUST have either a written prescription from an MD (medical doctor) or a regulated health professional (Chiropractor, Physiotherapist and many more options) check out the provided website for a full list https://www.Alberta.ca/regulated-health-professions.aspx
-prescriptions are only valid if written in the last 12 months, as well as written referrals. With that, copies of the original prescription or referral are acceptable
-these documents must be provided prior to receiving treatment
If you have any questions, please feel free to get a hold of me! I will try to answer them the best I can (this is new to all of us)
