I inherited this "cheap & cheerful" fragrance because the previous owner found it to be too synthetically shampoo-like. But I actually find it softly fresh without ever being overpowering. It's uplifting, subtle, and lighthearted - just as the suit of Cups starts with this Ace. I guess I'm a cheapie lover 🤣 *** 「安いシャンプーみたいで嫌だ」という人から譲り受けた この香水。確かにものすごくお求めやすい価格のせいか、ソフトでフレッシュ、良い意味でとっても軽い。私は大好きです。😂🤩このカップのエースのように、心が清々しくなる 軽快な始まり、という感じ。

"The diaphanous hour" - ah what a lovely name! When I hear the name of this perfume (and when I wear it) I think of the airy, translucently soft, whitish light of the sun coming through very light, chiffon-like lace curtains in the early spring. It's one of those slightly crisp, comfortable, sleepy, peaceful afternoons. It's a lovely fragrance in its own right, but this is the case where the name of the perfume makes a difference in how one perceives the scent - at least to me it is. 🤷😄 *** 「透き通った時間」という、実に素敵な名前の香水。少し冷たさの残った初春に、紙のように薄い シフォン生地のカーテンを通した 柔らかな太陽光を浴びるような、そんな感覚です。この魅力的な名前のせいで、より そう思うのかもしれないけれど…？
