🙋♀️ One of the reasons pelvic floor symptoms get missed is because they don’t look the same for everyone.
Some women feel heaviness. Some notice leaking. Some feel pressure after exercise. Some only notice symptoms during certain seasons of life, like postpartum, perimenopause, or menopause.
