Pain, stiffness, weakness, or movement concerns can affect how you move, work, exercise, and get through your day. Physiotherapy may help by assessing your movement, identifying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, and creating a treatment plan based on your needs and goals.
Treatment may include education, hands-on care, mobility work, strengthening exercises, and movement strategies to help support safer, stronger movement.
Keval is a Physiotherapist and Certified Acupuncturist. When clinically appropriate, acupuncture may also be included as part of your Physiotherapy treatment plan.
Whether you are recovering from an injury, dealing with recurring discomfort, or looking for support with mobility and day-to-day function, Physiotherapy may help guide your next steps.
Keval is available:
Tuesday • Thursday • Saturday

Posture matters more than we often realize. ‼️
The way we sit while working, studying, texting, or using devices throughout the day may affect how the neck, shoulders, back, and spine feel over time. Small daily habits can gradually place more strain on the body, especially during long periods of sitting or looking down at screens.
Being more mindful of posture does not mean sitting perfectly all the time — it’s about reducing unnecessary strain and supporting better movement throughout the day.
Simple habits that may help support healthier posture:
✔ Keep screens at eye level
✔ Sit with back support
✔ Take movement breaks throughout the day
✔ Avoid staying in one position for too long
✔ Stay active and mobile when possible
If posture-related tension or discomfort has been affecting your daily routine, it may be time to take a closer look at how your body is moving and functioning.
