another sappy end of year post, not sorry;)

When this year started, I had no idea where I wanted to be by the end of it. I hadn’t made many goals for myself, it was mainly just a let’s get through the year and see what happens type of mentality.

Starting a business has been the hardest, most rewarding decision I have ever made for myself, there’s been many days working long hours and relying on a stupid amount of caffeine to keep me going, and I don’t regret a thing.

I’ve also met some of the most amazing, beautiful people in this industry, that I feel so incredibly lucky to be able to call friends. The beauty community is truly the best🫶🏼

I think one of the best parts about my job is meeting clients who I eventually feel like I’ve known for forever. When our conversations pick up right where they left off from last time? The best. I LOVE hearing all your stories. Truly grateful people feel comfortable enough around me and in the studio environment to talk about anything and everything☺️

I’ve also learned a lot this year. Sometimes you just need to put yourself and your happiness first, and stop being so afraid of what’s possible (because what’s life without a little risk?). Switching to a completely different city was TERRIFYING, to be honest I was fully preparing to have to restart. But no, the amount of you that followed me made me realize that I truly am capable of doing this.

It still blows my mind that there’s so many of you who continue to see me all these years later. Thank you for trusting me, and thank you for supporting me through alllll the roadblocks, you have my heart forever.

I have some big things planned for 2024 that I am SOO excited about, and I am so ready to see where things are a year from now.

Thank you all for being here and supporting my business so I can continue doing what I love to do🥹🫶🏼
