I am sorry for the times I have denied myself the right to be happy.
Please forgive me, and I forgive myself.
Thank you for the beautiful capacity I have to heal, grow, and smile again.
I love my life, and I embrace the peace and happiness that are rightfully mine.
I am sorry for letting past sadness weigh me down.
Please forgive me, and I release this weight now.
Thank you for the joy that flows through me. I choose to smile and embrace this moment.I love my beautiful smile, and I am grateful for the light it brings to my days.

A PRAYER FOR RELEASING
I release my parents from the feeling that they have failed with me. โฅ๏ธ
I release my children from the need to make me proud, so that they can write their own ways, according to their hearts.๐งก
I release my partner from the obligation to make me feel complete. I lack nothing in myself.๐
I learn with all the beings that surround me through all time.๐
I thank my grandparents and ancestors who met so that today I breathe life. And I release them from the faults of the past and from the wishes they did not fulfill, aware that they did the best they could to resolve their situations, within the consciousness they had at that moment.๐
I honor them, I love them, and I recognize their innocence.๐
I bare my soul before their eyes and that is why they know that I do not hide or owe anything, more than being faithful to myself and my own existence, walking with the wisdom of the heart.๐ค
I am aware that I am fulfilling my life project, free of visible and invisible family loyalties that may disturb my peace and my happiness, which are my greatest responsibilities.โค๏ธโ๐ฉน
I renounce the role of savior, of being the one who unites or who fulfills the expectations of others. โค๏ธโ๐ฅ
And learning through LOVE, I bless my essence and my way of expressing, although there may be someone who cannot understand me.๐
I understand myself, because only I lived and experienced my story; because I know myself, I know who I am, what I feel, what I do and why I do it.๐
I respect and approve.๐
I honor the Divinity in me and in you.๐
We are free.๐

I no longer believe in the idea of soul mates, or love at first sight. But I was beginning to believe that a very few times in your life, if you were lucky, you might meet someone who was exactly right for you. Not because he was perfect, or because you were, but because your combined flaws were arranged in a way that allowed two separate beings to hinge together.

You have to take risks, he said.
We will only understand the miracle of life fully when we allow the unexpected to happen.
Every day, God gives us the sun--and also one moment in which we have the ability to change everything that makes us unhappy.
Every day, we try to pretend that we haven't perceived that moment, that it doesn't exist--that today is the same as yesterday and will be the same as tomorrow.
But if people really pay attention to their everyday lives, they will discover that magic moment.
It may arrive in the instant when we are doing something mundane, like putting our front-door key in the lock; it may lie hidden in the quiet that follows the lunch hour or in the thousand and one things that all seem the same to us.
But that moment exists--a moment when all the power of the stars becomes a part of us and enables us to perform miracles.

THE THREE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE
The pursuit of happiness is a universal quest that has been studied and pondered for centuries. It is a quest that drives people to make decisions that will affect the rest of their lives, and it is a quest that has led to the creation of some of the most profound works of art, literature, and music. But what are the three things that are most important in life? The answer to this question is subjective and varies from person to person, but there are three things that are generally considered to be universally important.
The first thing that is important in life is love. Love is the glue that holds relationships together, whether they are romantic relationships, familial relationships, or friendships. Love is the feeling that drives people to care for one another, to support one another, and to be there for one another through thick and thin. Without love, life would be a lonely, cold, and empty place. Love is what makes life worth living.
The second thing that is important in life is health. Health is the foundation upon which all other aspects of life are built. Without health, it is impossible to enjoy life to its fullest. Good health allows people to pursue their passions, to travel, to spend time with loved ones, and to engage in all the other activities that make life fulfilling. Good health is not just about physical well-being, however. It also encompasses mental and emotional health. A healthy mind and a healthy heart are just as important as a healthy body.
The third thing that is important in life is purpose. Purpose is the reason why people get up in the morning. It is the driving force behind all of their actions, and it is what gives their lives meaning. Purpose can take many forms, from pursuing a career that one is passionate about, to raising a family, to volunteering for a cause that one believes in. Whatever form it takes, purpose is what gives people a sense of direction and a sense of accomplishment.
While love, health, and purpose are the three things that are generally considered to be universally important, it is important to note that the definition of these things can vary from person to person. For one person, love may mean a romantic relationship, while for another person, it may mean a close friendship. For one person, health may mean being physically fit, while for another person, it may mean being mentally and emotionally balanced. And for one person, purpose may mean pursuing a high-powered career, while for another person, it may mean simply being a good parent.
It is also important to note that the pursuit of these three things is not always easy. Love, health, and purpose all require effort, dedication, and sacrifice. Relationships must be nurtured, health must be maintained, and purpose must be pursued. But the rewards of this pursuit are immeasurable. A life filled with love, good health, and purpose is a life that is rich, fulfilling, and meaningful.
In conclusion, the three things that are important in life are love, health, and purpose. These three things provide the foundation upon which all other aspects of life are built. While the definition of these things may vary from person to person, the pursuit of them is universal. A life filled with love, good health, and purpose is a life that is worth living.

The waters of self-care have ebbed and flowed throughout my life, and during a particularly long ebb (a drought, if you will), I spoke these words to myself every day. When my heart felt broken, I found wholeness in opening it up again. I found hope in healing.
And the happiness? Okay, maybe it was an aspirational truth, but each time I spoke it I searched my mind for something I could be happy about. It served as a reminder that even when things werenโt perfect, there was some small bit of joy tucked away, just behind a corner.
Positive affirmations are a longstanding practice for those of us who need a little extra daily encouragement, and the best part isโtheyโre free and theyโre flexible! You can write them on sticky notes to set on your mirror, on the notes app in your phone for on-the-go encouragement, or you can simply memorize your favorites and recite them in times of uncertainty.
Whether youโre navigating depression (hopefully with the support of a therapist or psychiatrist), or youโre just looking to boost your self-esteem, I hope you find an affirmation on this list that resonates with you.
Whatโs your favorite positive self-affirmation? Share in the comments below!
โI alone hold the truth of who I am.โ
1. Asking for help is a sign of self-respect and self-awareness.
2. Changing my mind is a strength, not a weakness.
3. Every decision I make is supported by my whole and inarguable experience.
4. I affirm and encourage others, as I do myself.
5. I alone hold the truth of who I am.
6. I am allowed to ask for what I want and what I need.
7. I am allowed to feel good.
8. I am capable of balancing ease and effort in my life.
9. I am complete as I am, others simply support me.
โI am growing and I am going at my own pace.โ
10. I am content and free from pain..

๐ฟJUNE 19th.
THE WOUND ENTERS THE GARDEN.
As we stand upon the threshold of Solstice, something profound shifts beneath our feet today.
Not loudly.
Not dramatically.
But deeply.
The Moon moves into Virgo, bringing our attention back to the small things that support life. The daily habits. The choices we make. The care we give ourselves. The foundations upon which everything else is built.
Virgo reminds us that healing is not found in grand declarations.
It is found in the everyday.
The glass of water.
The walk beneath the sky.
The nourishing meal.
The boundary honoured.
The promise kept.
The act of choosing yourself again and again.
As the day unfolds, unexpected changes or shifts in direction may arise. Plans may alter. Conversations may take surprising turns. Something you thought was settled may reveal another layer.
Do not fear the change.
Sometimes the path forward appears only when the old path disappears.
Yet the true heart of today belongs to Chiron.
Today Chiron leaves Aries and enters Ta**us.
A doorway opens.
A new chapter begins.
A new seven year healing cycle quietly takes its first breath.
This is not simply a personal shift.
It is a collective one.
Over the years ahead, humanity will be asked to remember its relationship with the earth, with food, with the land, with the body and with what truly holds value.
What is artificial will increasingly be questioned.
What is natural will become sacred once more.
The wisdom of the soil, the seasons and the living world will begin calling people home.
Chiron in Ta**us reminds us that healing is found not only within ourselves, but within our relationship with the earth beneath our feet.
As we stand only days away from Litha, this feels especially powerful.
The Sun reaches its height.
The land reaches its abundance.
And a new cycle of healing begins through roots, nourishment, patience and our connection to the natural world.
For years, Chiron in Aries has asked:
โWho am I?โ
โAm I allowed to be myself?โ
โCan I stand in my truth?โ
Now the questions begin to change.
โDo I believe I am worthy?โ
โDo I trust life to support me?โ
โCan I receive what I deserve?โ
The wound leaves the battlefield.
And enters the garden.
As a medium, Spirit keeps showing me an ancient walled garden.
Not wild land.
Not untamed forest.
A sacred garden.
A place that has been tended carefully over many years.
I see hands placing seeds into dark soil.
I see roots spreading beneath the surface.
I see plants that appear dormant suddenly bursting into life.
The spirit world keeps reminding me that some healing cannot be rushed.
Not because you are doing anything wrong
but because certain wisdom only arrives through seasons.
I keep hearing:
โStop digging up the roots to see if they are growing.โ
Many people are being shown today where they have been measuring their worth through achievement, productivity, finances, relationships or the opinions of others.
Yet Spirit keeps saying:
โYou were worthy before any of those things arrived.โ
The soul was never meant to earn its value.
It was born with it.
๐ฏ The Old Ways. ๐ง
The Wheel turns ever closer to Litha.
The Sun stands high above the land.
The fields are green and abundant.
The hedgerows are alive with movement.
The bees gather nectar.
The rivers flow steadily toward the sea.
The Oak King approaches the height of his reign.
Yet today the land speaks not of fire.
It speaks of roots.
Of soil.
Of growth.
Of cultivation.
Cernunnos watches over the wild places and the creatures that depend upon them.
Epona guides us steadily forward.
Belenus continues pouring warmth and vitality across the earth.
Sunna rides her golden path through the bright summer sky.
And today I feel the presence of Danu moving quietly through the land, reminding us that everything living requires nourishment, patience and time.
The old ways understood that abundance begins beneath the surface.
Long before the harvest arrives.
Long before the fruit appears.
Long before the flower blooms.
The roots must first grow strong.
๐ฏ Practical Witchcraft.
Today is a day for working with the earth.
Place your bare hands upon the ground.
Touch a tree.
Walk barefoot upon grass if possible.
Sit beside a garden, a field, a hedgerow or a stone.
If the weather prevents this, place a bowl of soil, herbs, acorns or leaves upon your altar and spend a few moments sitting quietly beside it.
Ask yourself:
โWhat am I truly trying to grow?โ
Then listen.
The old ways taught that the earth holds wisdom for those willing to become still enough to hear it.
๐ฏ Daily Practice.
Today, notice where questions of worth arise.
Notice where fear of lack appears.
Notice where you doubt your value.
Then gently ask yourself:
โWhose voice is that?โ
Because very often it is not the voice of your soul speaking.
The wheel continues turning.
The Sun continues climbing.
The roots continue growing unseen beneath the earth and today the soul is reminded that true healing is not found by becoming someone else.
It is found by finally recognising the value that was there all along.
Blessed be,
Justine ๐ง๐

What a year!
Lots of ups and lots of downs! It was a tough year for many and a great year for many.
Through it all, I think we can all take some time to reflect on the silver linings that this year brought. ๐
So, here are my top 20 takeaways for this year so far:
1. Self-care is more important now more than ever! Take some time daily to nourish your body, mind and spirit. Prioritize your health and well being. ๐๐ฝ
2. Focusing on your breath is so simple but yet so powerful in helping us reduce stress and BE in the present moment. 6 seconds on the inhale and 6 seconds on the exhale. ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ
3. Prioritize sleep! (7 hours per day at a minimum). Keep sleep times and wakes times as consistent as possible. ๐
4. Drink plenty of water or herbal teas. Keep your body well hydrated throughout the day and start each morning with a large glass of water. ๐ฆ
5. Take your daily supplement stack (it's impossible to get all nutrients through diet, our soils are quite depleted). For me that's vitamin d, c, b complex, magnesium and amino acids. I also take medicinal mushrooms daily - specifically reishi, chaga, turkey tail, cordyceps and lions mane. ๐
6. Get out of your comfort zone! This is where growth takes place! This year was a year of growth for me. I shared my message and voice on social media, webinars and within the Perlah's Way community more than I ever have. If you've been wanting to start a business or podcast or passion project, do it! If I can do it anyone can! Be authentic, share your truth and as Wayne Dyer says "Don't die with your music still in you". ๐ฉ๐ฝโ
7. Reading is so much more productive and fun than watching TV or scrolling your phone. Take at least 20 min to read and learn something new. ๐
8. 5-10 minutes of meditation and/or taking a pause to go inwards first thing in the morning can make such a world of difference for your mental health. I think 2020 really taught us all to slow down and take some time for stillness! ๐ง๐ฝโโ๏ธ
9. Surround yourself with plants ๐ Plants have such healing properties and really help to lift our moods. ๐ฟ
10. Read or listen to a spiritual teaching daily. This has been one of the most uplifting things that I have done this year. It brings me peace and solace to know that everything will be ok. ๐
11. Take care of the earth - consume less, be more mindful of the long term impact of your purchases. Reuse, compost and reduce! Be mindful of who you purchase from and support small businesses whenever you can. ๐
12. Get out in nature daily. Nature is so healing and this year has really made me appreciate nature even more since there was nothing else to do except go for a walk! Appreciate the beauty of the trees, flowers, the leaves changing colour, the snow, the birds, water flowing. ๐ฒ
13. Put a limit on your social media consumption (and watching the news if you still do) - I have found this to be a huge game-changer. It's so easy to go down the rabbit hole and spiral into negativity and fear. ๐ฑ
14. Eat more mindfully and intuitively. 2020 taught us to eat more home cooked meals and slow down our pace when eating. Eat more fruits and veggies and all the colours of the rainbow! ๐
15. Take a moment for gratitude each and every day. There are so many things to be grateful for! ๐๐ฝ
16. Spend more time and be more present with loved ones. Tell them how much you love them and appreciate them. "Physical distancing" has only made me closer to those whom I have a deep connection with. ๐ช
17. Keep life simple! We really don't need much to be happy and healthy! ๐
18. Listen to music, dance and move your body! Yoga and riding my bike is what brings me joy! ๐ด๐ฝโโ๏ธ
19. We are all on our own journey, try to have compassion and tolerance for others without judgement. (This one is tough!)๐
20. Love yourself a little more - this planet can only heal when we heal and learn to love ourselves. Remind yourself daily that you are worthy and enough! โค๏ธ
