You all know I live for icy blondes, so if I don’t genuinely love a look, I’m probably going to talk you into a compromise. This is my work, and I’m not putting my name on something I don’t believe in.

So we met in the middle: low-maintenance blonde ✔️ soft golden/copper dimension ✔️ zero chunky calico vibes ✔️

She got the warmth she was craving, and I got to sleep peacefully last night. 😂🤍

Today’s my first day off in 10 days. ☕️

Summer is always my busiest season. Everyone suddenly remembers they have vacations, weddings, lake weekends and photos… and somehow they all need their hair done this week. 😂

What you don’t see is the calendar Tetris happening behind the scenes.

My next real availability is August, but I spend hours every week moving appointments around, adding evenings, giving up days off, and even fitting clients in during my own vacation because I genuinely hate saying no.

So if I offer you a random Tuesday at 7:00 pm or a last-minute opening… just know I didn’t pull it out of thin air. I probably moved mountains to make it happen. 😉

A little planning goes a long way, especially in the summer. And to everyone who books ahead and works with me to find a time… thank you. You make my life so much easier. 🤍

This is why your natural level matters. 🤍

This client is naturally a level 8, which means I only have to lift her about 2 levels to achieve this blonde. I can use low developer, keep her hair healthy, and she lifts with very little yellow.

Now compare that to someone who’s naturally a level 3 brunette. They need to lift around 7 levels to reach the same result. That’s why darker hair usually takes multiple appointments—and why trying to rush it can compromise the hair.

Your starting point determines your finish line. ✨

14 years behind the chair has taught me one thing… no stylist is perfect.

Sometimes a toner looks exactly how you envisioned. Sometimes it doesn’t.

The difference isn’t never needing to make an adjustment—it’s recognizing it, owning it, and making it right. Before this client even left, I knew I wanted her a little ashier. A quick trip back to the sink, a second toner, and we nailed the final result.
