July 1st is also Ryan’s five-year anniversary as a Registered Massage Therapist! Did you guess it right?

Ryan’s dedication to learning, his thoughtful approach to care, and his commitment to helping people through every stage of wellness and recovery have made a lasting impact on our clients and our team. We’re incredibly grateful to have him as part of Equilibrium.

We’re also so excited to see him begin a new chapter with Harmony Brain Health + Concussion Clinic. Follow along as we share more about the new concussion clinic in the months ahead!

Today we’re celebrating Brendon on an incredible milestone: five years as a Registered Massage Therapist and five years as part of the Equilibrium team.

Brendon has helped countless clients feel better, move better, and find relief through thoughtful, compassionate care. We’re so grateful for everything he brings to our clinic...and we’re certainly not the only ones.

Beyond The Treatment Table:
Jensen Fridfinnson 🏆⛸️

This month, we’re celebrating Jensen, who recently received both the Skate Winnipeg Adult Skater Award and the Skate Manitoba Adult Skater Award!

Jensen first stepped onto the ice at just three years old in her hometown. After taking time away from skating as a teenager to explore other interests, she found her way back to the sport at age 26 and hasn’t looked back.

Today, she skates four times a week and has begun her journey as a coach, working with both CanSkate and STARSkate programs through Skate Winnipeg.

One of the things we admire most about Jensen is her belief that it’s never too late to pursue something you love. She’s a passionate advocate for adult participation in sport and believes there is a place for everyone on the ice.

Congratulations, Jensen Fridfinnson! We’re proud to celebrate your achievements and the dedication, enthusiasm, and encouragement you bring both on and off the ice.

When Giselle speaks of her father, she says, “This man doesn’t know what the words 'give up' mean.”

​But those who know Giselle closely know that she lives by that same fierce spirit. Despite managing her own daily battles with ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthritis, she didn't hesitate for a second to lace up her shoes when her dad was diagnosed with acute leukemia. Yesterday, for the second year in a row, she and her son Enzo pushed through every physical limit to walk the Challenge for Life in his honor, raising vital funds for CancerCare Manitoba.

​Giselle and Enzo, you are a powerful reminder that the love and inner strength we carry will always far surpass any challenge in our way. 🩵✨
