My dad and his younger brother called me on Whatsapp video call, saw me eating gizzard (eke okuko)
The next my dad did was to shout, followed by his younger brother. They queried me, why should I eat eke okuko that's it's forbidden in Igbo land for a woman to eat gizzards 🙆🙆🙆.
And they went on and told my husband never to allow me to eat gizzards again..
My husband called his dad, he said same thing.
Now I have been banned never to eat gizzards again. My delicious gizzards 😭😭
And I ask. Does women eat gizzards in your village?
