4️⃣ Knees track over toes (no cave-ins).
5️⃣ Drive through your heels and midfoot.

Hi Mama's,
I just wanted to let you know…. that as of 04/09/2020 I will be running a Mama’s Bootcamp on Fridays 12:30-13:30. It will be in the park across the road from Academicus. So you can drop your little ones off to have an hour of fun while you work up a sweat! You can book online through the Academicus website. The session is 30 CHF for the hour and that includes your childcare. Hope to see you there!!
