Four weeks ago, a client came in with a severely infected toenail. The issue started with an improperly trimmed nail, which was unfortunately made worse when a doctor cut it in multiple directions, causing trauma to the nail and surrounding tissue.

The client had been following a home treatment plan, and the condition has improved significantly since then. The infection has reduced, and the area looks much healthier.

During today’s appointment, I carefully cleaned the nail and performed a gentle correction to support proper nail growth and prevent future complications. Continued care is still important, but we’re definitely on the right track.
