On Friday, November 1st, I did something that I believe deeply: my vision board for 2025! ✨

And it couldn’t have been on a better day or with better company.

Let me tell you. I did it with some of the participants in my personal development challenge, right on the new moon.

Did you know that 111 is associated with creativity, motivation and goal achievement?

It is like a call to trust in oneself and take action to manifest desires.

The new moon symbolizes the beginning of something new, and I felt it in the air that day! Regardless of whether you believe in numerology or energies, I do.

I felt the magic and let my intuition guide me to project what I want to be, do and have in 2025.

A vision board is more than a collage; it’s a visual tool that helps you to realize your dreams.

By creating a graphic representation of your goals, you strengthen your motivation and clarity.

It’s like a map of your desires, which prompts you to take action and attract the opportunities needed.

Summer: Rest and healthy habits, the perfect combination! ☀️

Summer comes with its irresistible invitation to adventure, rest and disconnection. It is an ideal time to recharge, enjoy the outdoors and share unforgettable moments with our loved ones.

However, in the midst of joy and carelessness, it is important not to lose sight of the healthy habits that we have so hard to build.

Taking a break does not mean giving up what is good for us. In fact, maintaining a healthy habits routine during the holidays can enhance the benefits of rest and make this summer an even more enriching experience.

✨How can this be achieved?

Here’s a foolproof hack inspired by James Clear’s book "Atomic Habits":

Spend at least two minutes a day on the activity you want to make a habit of.

Two minutes? It seems so little! The key is consistency. Those two minutes a day will allow you to maintain the connection with your habit, avoiding the dreaded rebound effect by resuming it after the holiday.

Imagine:

🔥 Start the day with a two-minute meditation to calm your mind and face the day with energy.

🔥 Spend two minutes reading an inspiring book that motivates you to reach your goals.

🔥 Perform a two-minute express workout routine that helps you stay active and fit.

It’s not about the amount of time, it’s about consistency.

✨In which activities do I receive more compliments or acknowledgments?

Did you know that your body is the most complex machine in existence?

Every cell, every organ, every system depends on the energy and nutrients you provide through food.

What kind of fuel are you giving your "machine"?

Eating well is not just eating "healthy things". It is investing in your long-term well-being, sowing the seeds of a full and vibrant life.

I invite you to reflect on these little known facts:

Your brain is 60% fat. What kind of fat are you providing?

Do you give the raw material to run at full capacity or fill it with "junk" that hinders its performance?

75% of your immune system resides in your gut. Are you giving him the nutrients he needs to be your protective shield or are you filling him with food that inflames and weakens him?

Your mood depends largely on your diet. Do you feel irritable, anxious, or depressed? Maybe your body is asking for a change in your diet.

Eating well is not a sacrifice, it is an act of self-love.

It is consciously choosing what you put in your body and how you nourish it.

It’s investing in your physical, mental and emotional health.

Read this and answer me honestly, please 🙏

I tell you my story with nutrition and why I think it is essential to supplement our diet.

My interest in nutrition was fueled by my son. He is celiac and, as a mother, I always want to see him healthy and very happy ✨

After documenting and researching, I understood that nutrition is vital, as physical and mental health begins in food and daily habits.

And although I have the fortune to buy organic food in Zürich, I am aware that today the soils do not have as many nutrients as before and pesticides are the order of the day.

Therefore, I found in supplementation a tool to protect my health and that of more children.

I have been taking nutritional supplements for more than 10 years and I am convinced that a diet based on real food and supplementation, healthy habits and proper management of emotions are the triad of long and healthy life that you and I want.

Therefore, although many people consider that it is not necessary to take nutritional supplements, for me they are.

What’s more, I think they should be as normal in our basic basket as they are fruits, vegetables or meats.
