what an unforgettable event. It was tough, competitive, and incredibly rewarding all at once. The atmosphere throughout the day was amazing, with strong competition and a great sense of camaraderie among everyone taking part.
The highlight of this event are the routes. Cycling with a friend through historic places and breathtaking scenery makes everything less painful.
And of course, riding the legendary Mont Ventoux three times was simply epic.

Today I had a conversation with , professional squash player and current world No. 38
We talked about supplements and what could help him gain the extra mile that will make him even more successful. It is a bit confusing because the supplement world is filled with buzz, especially in the context of sports performance. At the same time, it’s a big business that can come with its own set of challenges.
For a professional athlete, it is very important to look into this topic carefully and constantly ask questions:
🚦Is it safe to use (doping?)
🤷🏻♂️Is its use practical?
🔬What does the science say? Is the testing real?
🧱Does my effort (sport) actually benefit from the claims of the supplements?
🧩Is this something that I‘m actually missing?
🚥What are pros & cons?
Together with Yannick, we went through a lot of those topics, and together we agreed that it is always necessary to constantly read, analyse and test, never taking anything for granted.

Young athletes are the future and nutrition is part of their foundation. Working with Swiss Olympic partner schools and cantonal institutions has shown me one thing very clearly: young athletes are the future of sport.
As a sports nutritionist, my biggest priority is supporting youth and young athletes early on. Because nutrition knowledge shouldn’t start at elite level, but at the beginning of the journey.
Building healthy habits, understanding food, and learning how nutrition supports performance and recovery from a young age lays the foundation for long-term success. Bith in sport & life!

🧑🏼🏫Few weeks ago I was accepted to the 2 year program „Diploma of Sports Nutrition“ of the International Olympic Committee.
For this I needed to create time & a new habit of learing:
