Protect your time fiercely
Strong ability in time management is an aid to staying organized. When you schedule your time on any scale you will automatically generate orders.
There are many ways in which you can break up your work day. 8 Hours is a lot of time you can waste on a lot of goals that are not important to your long-term goals, such as low-value meetings, responding to urgent emails but nonsense, social networks, notification responses etc.
If you make important plans and create routines, manage your weekly activity time. This works monthly, as you determine where and when to go. It even works every year when you decide what activities to join, or when to start a new habit.
A little bit of organization goes a huge way to improving performance, increasing productivity, and building the new performance-boosting behaviors you want.

While making a lot of money just won't necessarily improve your sense of well-being, it can be put to good use. Money is a big part of being a strong predictor of health because it protects against stressful, negative experiences, from basic i.e., financial insecurity, lack of basic necessities , such as food and shelter, to secondary, ie, rest , have to go shopping in bad weather. Inspiration creates a sense of urgency
Urgency creates a mentality to act as if it depends on your existence, especially if you have fewer resources than others. When you're the underdog, you dig deep inside to make the progress you need to survive.
Urgency makes you quick to trigger when making decisions. You get out of the habit, and you do something else. This motivates you to have easy and effective results but it does not prevent the evaluation.
When you want to get results faster, you need to analyze what is and isn't working, and eliminate initiatives that are identified as ineffective. Remember that a moving body is easier to control, and if you know you've made a bad decision, a sense of urgency will help you adapt. When you wait too long you miss out on prospects and rewards.

Having a place for everything and putting it there
Highly organized people strongly adhere to the “a place for everything and everything in its place” philosophy, which makes it much easier to stay organized. They are habitual declutterers.
You can reset your life and embark on a new lifestyle, by doing this:
😀Decide where your keys will go and put them in the same place every time you walk through the door.
😀Store away summer clothes in winter to declutter your closets.
😀Declutter your drawers and get rid of everything you don’t need to make room for things you’ll actually need and use.
😀Keep only those things that speak to your heart. Then take the plunge and discard all the rest.
Recommended is disposing of anything that does not fall into 😀one of three categories

😀needed for a limited period of time
😀must be kept indefinitely
By getting rid of, or storing away, things you only use occasionally or things you never use but can’t seem to part with, you create instant organization. That’s because you know where the things you really, truly use are and that automatically makes them easier to find when you need them.

Generosity
Generosity is the habit of giving without an expectation of return. This virtue will become increasingly important as the pandemic intensifies.
Not everyone has the same risk for developing severe disease. Adults over 70 years of age have a much higher risk of fatal infection, probably 10–20 times higher, than younger adults.
Generosity applies as well to our use of health care. The vast majority of people who contract the virus will experience mild symptoms, no worse than a cold or a mild flu.
As hospitals and doctors come under greater strain, those patients with mild symptoms should choose self-quarantine at home, rather than taking up valuable medical resources.
Similarly, during a public health crisis such as this, people should consider delaying non-critical medical care so as to reduce strain on the medical system.

I almost died at my granddaughter’s high school graduation. That’s when I knew it was time to change.⁣


After sitting so long in the sweltering Alabama heat, I passed out right there in the bleachers and had to be rushed to the emergency room.⁣


When I finally came back to myself, the blonde doctor told me it was from “heat exhaustion” – but I was also just on the verge of a fatal stroke!⁣


I was not prepared to hear that. ⁣


I knew I wasn’t in the best shape of my life, but I had no idea my condition was that HORRIBLE. All my efforts to become healthy and get my size under control had failed… and I tried every fad out there!⁣


I tried to ask the doctor as many questions as possible…after all I was always drinking plenty of water to stay HYDRATED.⁣


After a while she finally sighed and said, “In all honesty Ma’am, I think it’s all the excess…’padding’. That can affect the body’s ability to regulate heat in a major way.”⁣


I was so embarrassed, and so, so scared. I wanted to sink right into the floor… but then I looked up and saw my beautiful granddaughter standing in the doorway.⁣


So I made my commitment right then and there to get my health under control again. Not just for me, but for her.⁣


Later that evening my doctor came by my room again. She wasn’t wearing scrubs anymore, but skinny jeans and a light top. It was just then that I realized she must be my age. But she looked ravishing, like a magazine cover model.⁣


She pulled up the chair next to my bed to have a seat. ⁣


"I’m on my way out, but wanted to check up on you one last time.“ she said. ⁣


Then she lowered her voice. ⁣


"You know, a few years back, I was in a similar position. I was almost 240 and just on the cusp of a heart attack. And after months of researching, I came across a video that completely transformed my health.“⁣

I couldn’t believe my ears. No way that lady used to look like me!⁣


She could see the confusion in my face and went on with a big grin on her’s. ⁣
