We are constantly bombarded with one diet after another.
I am researching Balanced Eating through having the correct ALKALINE balance as opposed to ACID FORMING.
Eating predominantly ALKALINE food is far easier for the digestive system.
Acid forming foods are a burden on the Liver and Kidneys.

I have a lovely, Fresh Salad for you all to try over the weekend.
I got the Thumbs Up on this from the family
SPINACH, AVOCADO & MANGO SALAD
Dressing
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijion mustard
1/4 tsp salt to taste and fresh ground pepper
Whisk together and set aside
Salad
10 cups of baby spinach leaves
1 1/2 cups of Radicchio, torn into bite size pieces
8-12 small radishes sliced,( about a bunch)
1 small ripe mango, sliced
1 medium avocado sliced.
Pour on dressing just before serving.
