What truly distinguishes Kaspar is not only his continuity and experience, but especially how he worked: with modesty, integrity, reliability and an unwavering sense of responsibility. No big words, no self promotion – just commitment, honesty, trust, and delivering when it mattered most. This attitude has shaped our IMPAG culture, and our collaboration in a profound and lasting way.

What a blast it is to look back on this journey – from building the lab from scratch ten years ago to expanding into our new offices last year.

Over the past decade, the IMPAG Lab hasn’t just grown in size. It has created hundreds of formulations and shared them in countless meetings with our international teams, partners and clients, supporting them in shaping their future product developments.
