For this years' IMPAG trip, almost our entire Austrian team came together for a day on Vienna’s Kahlenberg, starting with breakfast before heading into nature for a shared team experience.

Whether navigating the high ropes course or testing precision on the forest archery trail, the activities called for qualities that matter in business every day: trust, focus, courage, problem-solving and teamwork.

Despite temperatures of 35°C, the forest offered welcome shade, creating the perfect setting to connect, challenge ourselves and strengthen collaboration beyond the workplace.

The day concluded with a relaxed lunch and great conversations, because strong teams are built not only through working together, but also through shared experiences.

For this years IMPAG trip our colleagues from across France came together in Nancy for a mid-year seminar – a valuable opportunity to reconnect, align on priorities, and strengthen collaboration.

From strategic discussions and departmental updates to team challenges at Sainte-Croix Animal Park, the event combined learning, reflection, and shared experiences. A highlight was an inspiring session on wolf pack dynamics, offering surprising parallels to teamwork, trust, and collective success.

We concluded by celebrating achievements, sharing future goals, and preparing for the months ahead. Because strong business results start with strong connections.

The wheels kept turning again in Switzerland for this years Bike2Work challenge. 28 participants from Switzerland and an enthusiastic group from our Nancy and Warsaw offices, took part in this activity promoting health in companies and strengthen team spirit in support of sustainable mobility.

In the end, the seven teams managed an accumulated 4081km in distance which translates into 588kg of saved CO2.

At the IMPAG Trip in Switzerland, we not only built soapbox cars – we strengthened connections and turned ideas into solutions.

From the kick-off breakfast in Zurich to the garage and race track in Glattfelden, the day reflected what drives us in our daily business:
curiosity, shaping hands-on ideas, cross-functional teamwork, solving problems and a shared ambition to move forward, faster, together.
Competition was strong, results were impressive, and success was built on trust and collaboration, just like in all our projects.

We closed the day the way strong teams do – by celebrating achievements, sharing experiences, and recharging for what’s next.

After more than 37 years, Kaspar Steiger enters a well-earned new chapter. ✨

Some farewells are more than just a change of role – they mark the end of an era. Kaspar has been part of IMPAG for over three decades and is one of the last representatives of the original team who not only witnessed our journey, but actively shaped it.

What truly distinguishes Kaspar is not only his continuity and experience, but especially how he worked: with modesty, integrity, reliability and an unwavering sense of responsibility. No big words, no self promotion – just commitment, honesty, trust, and delivering when it mattered most. This attitude has shaped our IMPAG culture, and our collaboration in a profound and lasting way.

We look back with deep gratitude on decades of working together – marked by different personalities, lively discussions, shared responsibility, challenges overcome and successes celebrated. Always guided by a common goal: building a company that brings people together and gives them room to grow.
