👑✨ I am excited to announce that I am currently contesting for the Miss Cameroon Universal 2026 crown, proudly representing the Northwest Region.
While the crown is important, what matters most to me is the opportunity to use this platform to advocate for a cause that is deeply personal: "Promoting Equity for Sickle Cell Warriors Beyond Survival."
As a sickle cell warrior and advocate, I have dedicated myself to raising awareness, encouraging genotype testing, combating stigma, and promoting better support for warriors and their families. This contest gives me a unique opportunity to take that message to a national audience and create even greater impact.
Today, I humbly ask for your support through voting. Every vote is not only a vote for me but also a vote for awareness, prevention, advocacy, and hope for countless sickle cell warriors.
🗳️ Voting closes this Sunday, 28th.
💚 1 Vote = 100 FCFA
📌 Please vote as many times as you wish.

Another wonderful awareness session with the hospitable Christian faithful of Saint Joseph Mission Station, Kahwa, and Sacred Heart Parish, Bomaka, where I had the opportunity to speak on Sickle Cell Disease, its management, and the importance of awareness. I was also privileged to be interviewed by DMR TV on this important cause.
The warmth, openness, and enthusiasm of the faithful made the experience truly memorable.
This is indeed a town of legendary hospitality. ❤️

Today at CBS Radio Buea, I had the opportunity to share my experiences living with Sickle Cell Disease, debunk common myths surrounding the condition, and encourage the community to become more sickle cell aware.
The discussion emphasized the importance of knowing one's genotype, making informed decisions, and showing understanding, love, and support to warriors rather than pity.
Together, through awareness and education, we can break misconceptions, reduce stigma, and help close the survival gap for those living with Sickle Cell Disease. ❤️

Today, we commemorated World Sickle Cell Day with the support of Emeli's Smile Sickle Cell Foundation, in collaboration with Talk Pregnancy with Dr. Noella and the Bamenda Regional Hospital, focusing on the impact of sickle cell disease on reproductive health.
It was an extremely educative and encouraging event, featuring health and nutrition talks, inspiring testimonies from warriors (Sickle Stars), and the distribution of sanitary pads to all female participants.
A special thank you to Nora Brown Official for giving me the opportunity to share my story on Menstruation, Priapism, and Living Beyond Sickle Cell Survival.
Most importantly, a free genotype screening campaign was launched which began today and will continue until the end of June 2026.
Let us join hands to Close the Survival Gap and promote equity in sickle cell disease, because this journey is not one person's responsibility, it belongs to all of us.

🚫 STOP.
Stop the ignorance.
Stop the stigma.
Stop the assumptions.
Stop the delayed diagnosis.
Stop the inequities in healthcare.
Stop leaving sickle cell warriors to fight alone.
This World Sickle Cell Day, we are reminded that survival is not enough.
The 2026 theme, "Closing the Survival Gap: Equity in Sickle Cell Disease," calls on us to create a world where warriors have access to quality healthcare, timely diagnosis, essential medications, mental health support, and the opportunity to live full and dignified lives.
For me, this is more than a theme. It is a reality. It is a call to action.
The survival gap will not close on its own.
It closes when we choose awareness over ignorance, support over stigma, and action over silence.
🚫 Stop the excuses.
💚 Stop the gap.
🩸 Start the change.
Because every warrior deserves more than survival.

Talking Sickle Cell and Blood Donation on World Blood Donor Day 🩸💚
Today was an enriching and impactful opportunity to raise awareness about Sickle Cell Disease, genotype compatibility, its complications, and the life-saving importance of voluntary blood donation.
In commemoration of World Blood Donor Day 2026, celebrated under the theme "One Drop of Humanity: Give Blood. Save Lives," we engaged the vibrant and participatory youths of CYF Presbyterian Church Upstation in meaningful discussions on how informed decisions can help prevent Sickle Cell Disease and how blood donation can save the lives of those already living with it.
As a Sickle Cell Warrior and Advocate, it was particularly important to highlight that while genotype awareness helps prevent future cases, blood donation remains a critical lifeline for many warriors and other patients in need of transfusions.
A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful team and volunteers of Sustainable Solutions For Community Development-SS4CD (SS4CD) for making this advocacy campaign possible. Your commitment to raising awareness and promoting healthier communities is truly commendable. 🙏🏾💚
Together, let us continue to:
✔️ Know our genotype
✔️ Make informed decisions
✔️ Donate blood regularly
✔️ Save lives
No Warrior Left Behind.💚
