While not as substantial a brush head as the Sonicare Adaptive Clean brush heads I had been using and liked, these are simply a "no-brainer" for the price. I'm doubtful that some of the more "advanced" brush heads really offer such a significantly better cleaning of your teeth and gums to warrant their high price. Without the soft silicone guard around the head as on the Sonicare Adaptive Clean heads, these brushes will certainly chatter against your teeth if you contact them with the hard plastic part of the head. Avoiding that is as easy as holding the toothbrush correctly. The softness of the bristles seems perfect...very comfortable in use without being overly soft. I no longer have the original brush heads that came packaged with my Sonicare Series 3 toothbrush but I think these BYDPETE Diamond Clean heads are about the same size, whereas the Sonicare Adaptive Clean brush heads are a bit larger. Great brushes, the super value compared to original Sonicare heads
