On October 4th VIDA Blue Clay returned to Sweat & Chill to share more of the healing blue clay magic with attendees who spent the day doing fitness workouts, Pilates, Zumba, ice baths, sauna, massages, IV drops, dancing and most importantly having fun without alcohol!

This past Saturday, VIDA Blue Clay participated as a sponsor in the monthly event Sweat & Chill () which has grown in popularity and has a new home at WAKE Hotel.

With over 150 attendees, the morning activities were separated into 3 groups.. Power Fitness Workout, Yoga and Zumba.

Following the ‘Sweat’ activities, everyone gathered on the 8th floor where several cold plunge ice baths were set up, as well as stations for the participating sponsors and brands including , , .living, , , , and .hotyoga.

It was amazing to see a community of expats and locals come together to enjoy a healthy morning of fitness, ice baths, clay masks, power drinks and connect with one another while having fun!

A special thank you to our VIDA Blue Clay team (, .vidaenpaz, and ) who helped rejuvenate attendees with clay masks, and to all the sponsors, DJ, facilitators, WAKE Hotel staff and most importantly to .karvelis) and Jordan the organizers for putting on an awesome event!
