Balkan Fungus

U Beogradu je danas u Hotelu Mona Plaza počeo kongres Balkan FUNGUS, otvoren Simpozijumom "Fungal Case Finder". Očekuje se oko 200 učesnika iz celog sveta, pretežno iz regiona.

Učesnici su se upoznati sa srpskim brendom FungalCaseFinder i najnovijim dostignućima u dijagnostici gljivičnih infekcija. Predstavljeni su rezultati projekta na čijem je čelu prof. dr Valentina Arsić Arsenijević, a koji finansira Fond za nauku Republike Srbije Fond za nauku Republike Srbije - Science Fund of the Republic of Serbia . Događaju je ispred Fonda za nauku, prisustvovala Ana Vitez.

Inovativna rešenja povećavaju dostupnost i preciznost dijagnostike te omogućavaju prevenciju i ranu procenu rizika od gljivičnih infekcija. FCF metoda omogućava dokazivanje gljiva koje su "zarobljene" u biofilmu.

Skup je u ime Medicinskog fakulteta Univerziteta u Beogradu, pozdravila novoizabrani dekan, prof. dr Tatjana Simić

In recognition of its significance, the ESCMID Scientific Affairs Officer has allocated a total of up to EUR 5,000 for Attendance Grants, the Conference is listed on the ESCMID calendar, and ESCMID encouraged members to apply for this grant.
