Intranasal delivery of exosomes represents an innovative approach in regenerative medicine because it enables bioactive particles to reach the brain directly through the “nose-to-brain” pathway, bypassing the blood–brain barrier. In individuals with cerebral palsy, this approach may contribute to reducing neuroinflammation, protecting neurons, and stimulating brain tissue regeneration.

Research suggests that exosomes have strong anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects.
