our classes are intentionally kept small, ensuring each session feels almost like a private lesson, this allows for personalised attention and a supportive community atmosphere, making every class meaningful and comfortable, as you were with a group of your friends
we are located in a zen area of parque das nações, with easy parking and a lot of cafes around for a wind down tea or healthy breakfast
