Every single one of you who has come in—whether once or regularly—has been part of something that feels deeply aligned. And for that, I’m so grateful.

I’ve created this massage experience with layered sensory elements to gently guide your wandering attention back into your body.
Through tea, music, essential oils, and warm towels, each detail is there to help you soften, slow down, and receive.

If you feel like you can’t fully rest, even when you try, it may be because your body is still while your mind is not—or your thoughts have quieted, but your body hasn’t fully let go.

Here, on my table, I invite you to pause.

I spent three weeks in January traveling through Korea and Japan, taking time to rest and recharge.
Coming back from vacation, Berlin is still cold and gray—and suddenly it’s already the last day of January.

2025 marks the 5th anniversary of Honeyhand, and I can hardly believe how quickly time has passed — just working joyfully day by day. It’s truly an honor and one of my greatest achievements to have kept this place going for five years 🤍 And it’s all thanks to you.

In a world where AI and machines seem to be involved in everything, creating something with the warmth of human hands feels even more special.

I hope the last month of the year brings you plenty of laughter and joy. ❄️📿
