PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® by Eva Kaczor combines dynamic breathing techniques from ancient spiritual traditions & findings of contemporary neuroscience fused with evocative electronic music sets.
HOW I PREPARE A PSYCHEDELIC BREATH SESSION 🌿
Before a single person walks into one of my PSYCHEDELIC BREATH sessions, so much has already happened. The inspirational theme crafted. The essential oils chosen for each cycle. The soundtrack ready in its choreography. The space inside of me cleared.
Over the years, I created the art behind the method of PSYCHEDELIC BREATH. Every layer of it is what I share with you inside the Teacher Training.
Step 1: ESSENTIAL OILS 🌷
Each oil is chosen specifically for a specific cycle, to work with the emotions that cycle brings up.
In the training, we dedicate an entire workshop to this: which oils, which cycles, how to combine them with healing touch, and how to weave it into your sessions to support your students in their insight-journey.
Step 2: THE INSPIRATIONAL THEME 🧚👩🎓
PSYCHEDELIC BREATH works with themes drawn from spiritual teachings, neuro-science in combination with a personal story from your own life. In the training, finding your teacher voice is a big part of what we do together. With your buddy, your mentors, and my guidance, you discover the themes that are uniquely yours and we support you to weave them into your sessions.
Step 3: THE SOUNDTRACK 👯♀️
This is the heart of it and part of what makes PSYCHEDELIC BREATH unlike anything else. You learn how to choose the right electronic track per cycle, to evoke emotion, to use the beat to support your students breathing.
And no: you don’t need to be a DJ :-) but I show you how to collab with them if you want 🎶

In 2018, my inner voice told me to go to Burning Man. I decided 48 hours before the burn.
Together with my favorite artist and producer, Acid Pauli, we premiered PSYCHEDELIC BREATH in the sunset journey on the Mayan Warrior art car in front of 3,000 Burners.
I saw people in the audience find their vision, connect with their intuition, remember their purpose and heal trapped emotions. The feedback that came back to me after was that it was life changing (really! Thousands of messages)
That night, something was created between and through us that couldn’t be contained. The practice wanted to be shared with more humans. And so it did.
This summer, I am bringing PSYCHEDELIC BREATH to some of the most beautiful events and festivals across Europe. 🌍
